Empowered by Discernment

I’ve taken a couple of weeks off from my weekly newsletter to do some deep, introspective work. As many of you know, I’m a big believer in taking a “Holy Pause” when feeling a lot of resistance, confusion or eagerness to push back (or push forward.)

Having this time to breathe deeply and drop in, I was struck by this single word that kept making its way into my consciousness. My clairaudient voice was loud and clear, repeating again and again:

Have more discernment!

Have more discernment with your choices - why are you choosing what you choose? (And with what outcome?)

Have more discernment with your relationships - why do you consider these people your tribe? (And with what outcome?)

Have more discernment with your habits  - why do you do what you most often do? (And with what outcome?)

Have more discernment with your responses -  maybe NOT responding is the better choice?

Many questions to ponder, each providing a significant, new level of awareness.

Each providing a new opening, a freedom.

In a world that is so very chaotic, discernment acts as a compass, allowing us to sift through the noise, distinguish between fact and fiction, and make informed decisions.

Discernment empowers us to filter out the unnecessary and focus on what truly matters.

Discernment enables us to recognize genuine intentions, identify red flags, and navigate relationships with wisdom. As we become more discerning, we surround ourselves with individuals who contribute positively to our lives.

Discernment provides the ability to evaluate options, consider consequences, and align choices with our values. By honing this skill, we make decisions that resonate with our authentic selves, leading to a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Embracing discernment propels us on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. By questioning assumptions, challenging beliefs, and seeking deeper understanding, we open ourselves to continuous learning and development. Discernment becomes a tool for self-improvement, paving the way for a more fulfilling life.

While our world may feel more frightening than ever before, discernment empowers us to face challenges with resilience. By accurately assessing situations, we can respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. This skill enables us to navigate adversity with grace and strength, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.

Where can you use more discernment to advance your inner growth?
