Making headway

Spending 20+ years guiding folks through big transitions, I’ve learned loads about what it takes to get from where you are to where you want to be. Many people refer to this as getting from Island A (where you’re stuck now) to Island B (where you’d like to be). Are you feeling stuck in a job, relationship, or other situation that isn’t allowing you to be your most brilliant self? What if I could help make this needed change more simple?

It takes three tools to get to your ideal destination.

1) Awareness

Knowing that your current conditions aren’t ideal, you recognize that you deserve and desire more.

Nothing happens until you realize that something’s gotta give and take the next step to making real change.

2) Dedication

Dedication means that you commit to making the change, no matter what it takes. When you decide, the Universe conspires to help make it so. Put a stake in the ground and decide you’re getting to that other island even if the journey takes a while and takes you through uncharted waters.

3) Perseverance.

Speaking of uncharted waters, you are likely to underestimate what will be required to land you in that paradise you dream about. Life is full of challenges and sometimes shark infested waters. These ‘tests’ are interwoven in daily life to help ensure that you truly meant it when you declared this new oasis to be your desired landing spot. Expect the set-backs. Expect the choppy seas. Remember that these challenges will help you build stamina and resilience for future trials. And my guess is that you’re no quitter!

Ready. Set. Go!

With these three tools packed and ready, you’ll never be stuck in a barren wasteland.

Oh and -

Sometimes you need a life raft.

Making changes can feel really scary and the fear can feel more powerful than your desire for change. That’s where I come in. As a certified coach, I’ve helped thousands of clients around the world to have the courage to initiate beautiful, powerful life changes. And I’m there throughout their journey, compassionately helping to steer in the right direction. If you know you must make some difficult changes, don’t go it alone.
