Eliminate Negative Thoughts!

Just one crazy, disempowering idea can bring a typically confident, intelligent person to their knees. So I ask, would having an easy way to eliminate the power of negative thoughts be of value to you? That’s what I thought. 

Today’s focus is on the 4 questions that help eliminate disempowering thoughts for good. (Pun intended.) 

For years, I’ve been giving my clients these 4 questions to use when they begin to go down the rabbit hole of negative thinking. Byron Katie created this series of questions which has brought liberation to many souls. Isn’t it time you had the same relief?

When you think about any negative thought, stop and take time to slowly ask each of the following questions of the thought

  1. Is this thought true?

  2. Can I absolutely know that this thought is true?

  3. How do I react when believing this thought to be true?

  4. Who would I be without this thought?

These four questions force us to shine truth on our thinking.  

When you do the work to dislodge the thoughts and beliefs that keep you from being the most exquisite version of you that you came here to be, magic happens.
